Vouchers may take up to 24 hours to be valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable. Vouchers are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Vouchers expire 6 months after issue. Vouchers may only be used for purchases at Eliza's Manor and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. May not be re-sold or bartered for cash, Vouchers may been redeemed over multiple visits or transactions . We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time where the change is required. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Voucher, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. You will be required to scan or show your voucher barcode in order to redeem the balance.
