Vouchers may take up to 24 hours to be valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable. Vouchers are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Vouchers expire 12 months after issue. Vouchers may only be used for purchases at Savor Group venues in New Zealand and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. May not be re-sold or bartered for cash, Vouchers may been redeemed over multiple visits or transactions. We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time where the change is required. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Voucher, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You will be required to scan or show your voucher barcode in order to redeem the balance.
